Trivet

I made a trivet as a gift at zazzle.  Japanese do not use such a thing, though.  You can choose marble or stone, plus 10 colors of choices, and I think this is really a nice gift for anyone who cooks!  By the way, I happened to cook a good meatloaf today, and keep ingredients here...If you are interested in it, just try it without doubt...

sauce: balsamic vinegar, barbecue sauce, and ketchup mixed...loaf: salt, thyme, garlic, egg, vegetable seasoning, nutmeg.  40 min at 375F...

今日のミートローフの味が良かったので、材料を簡単にメモしておきます。

ソースはケチャップ、バルサミコドレッシング、バーベキューソース

お肉は挽き肉、塩、ナツメグ、タイム、ベジタブルシーズニング、ニンニク、卵を混ぜる。190度で40分焼けば出来上がりです。

上の写真のトリベットは石で出来ていて、熱いお鍋を乗せて置くのに最適です。ちなみに名前や日付を入れられて、プレゼントとして喜ばれると思います。10色あるので宜しければサイトをチェックしてみてください。
