The World’s Best Cake
This is what I tried yesterday. This is also a Norwegian Cake, yellow cake with meringue covered with almonds, and custard with whipped cream between these layers...😋 and a lot of berries as you like. Here is a link of the recipe and there is an explanation of the naming of the cake. I used half amount of ingredients of the linked recipe and it fitted to my 9 inch circle pan.
こちらが今回トライしたケーキです。レシピは英語ですが、上記のリンクに載ってます。黄色いケーキの上にメリンゲとアーモンドがのってますが、それを2層にして、間にカスタードクリームとホイップクリームを混ぜたものを挟んでいます。レシピだけでも美味しそうですが、本当に美味しいです。ベーキングパウダーを入れるので、確実に膨らむレシピです。。。(笑)
