Communication System in US? Or Japan?

After Covid 19 has spread the word, e-mail from Japanese consulate started to come to my mail every day, regarding the direction about coved-19, which was translated from each state official message, maybe.  For example, NY Gov. Cuomo directed to put mask outside and if we violate it, we have to pay the fee like this from certain date.  Or NJ opened schools from this day, like this.  But I never had a chance to receive it in English, officially.  I am a green card holder, filing tax, reported census, and received about voting information by mail.  But how about mask?  If we get the ticket, by not wearing it, we Have to pay for it all of sudden?  Or this is informed by daily news on TV?  And this Japanese email mentioned not to go over the state border for people in certain condition.  People in some state get unemployment benefit a lot sounds almost unconditionally.  Even if state law is different, what is this big difference?   Then those who lost a job, wanna move to that state, don't they?  Anyway, how much these translated information is true?   I don't think any American people can get the information for each state every day like this.  What is this?  The number of death people by covid 19 is reported by states too.  Wonder about the source of this information but this is from official e-mail by Japanese embassy.  😮

Leaving the unknown topic, I cooked fried chicken tonight.  My easiest recipe is here.

Salt, pepper, milk, egg, garlic, onion powder, curry powder, ginger, and basil, mixed and put chicken into it.  Keep it at least 30 min in fridge.  Put all purpose flour and corn starch around chicken.  Fry it.

If you are a house keeper, can guess how much do you need for ingredients, aren't you?  The reason why I said like this is because I failed a lot by following online recipe recently with exact scaling.  And if I made it with my guessing, it worked better.

I don't know how much Chinese people are working for google, but I cannot find the suitable recipe for my cooking. When I see them, looks like something wrong.  Moreover, I am watching Japanese news on YouTube, and they said that Chinese government use people in jail in China to make fake stories online, by saving labor fee to do it.  And I think that's true.  Before they paid 0.5 won to do the job(and they call them 0.5 won group or something like this), but because the fee became too large, they started to use prisoners and they can decrease the length of sentence by doing this.

Oops, it became too long, and I don't want to do this in Japanese today...
